The HELM has proven to be a great all round jig which can be fished with a range of retrieves and will therefore tempt a number of different species.

Matt Forrester himself describes the lure “Provides an excellent flutter and heavy vibration! Best fished slow, with short, sharp pitches. Deadly for cod along the bottom or use higher over structure for pollack and bass”
