Penn Fathom II 15 Level Wind

Description

The Penn Fathom II 15 level wind reels make a number of improvements on the previous generation, which itself was well received as one of the most durable Star-drag boat reels.

As well as a full metal body and side plates, the fathom also offers stainless steel gearing and an aluminium spool to give you the power needed to play and land large fish. The levelwind system has also been improved and reinforced. Penn’s HT100 star drag system gives a smooth and consistent drag to help play fish.

The Penn Fathom II 15 level wind also has a narrow spool and makes a really nice reel for drifting over the wrecks or general inshore bottom fishing. The double paddle handle is particularly nice for the constant winding involved in fishing lures but if preferred a traditional power handle is also supplied.
