IMA Lipper 90

Description

The IMA Lipper 90 is a wake bait which you can work tantalisingly just beneath the surface.

A floating / sub surface lure at 90mm and 12g in weight.

The wide lip gives an attractive rolling action and the angle of the face keeps the lure in the upper 20cm of water even if you opt for a fast retrieve. A fast retrieve is certainly an effective style, particularly when the fish are looking to chase.

Where the IMA Lipper 90 really excels is when you slow things right down and work it back so it wakes and rolls just below the surface. This can be a deadly tactic in calm, shallow bays and estuaries and you need to hold your never as you see a fish bow wave towards your lure.

You can also fish the IMA Lipper 90 in more choppy conditions and the fin on the lures back aids stability in turbulent waters.

Despite the lures small size the addition of a moving weight system allows good casting whilst maintaining a stable swimming position on the retrieve
